Inspection Reports You Can Trust In a
Detailed Professional Approach
Our inspection is NOT a “checklist”, hit the high spots, “1-hour” type of inspection. As a Realestate Professional you know there is a list of basic inspection practices. However, we meticulously evaluate and report on every portion and component of the home I possibly can. Each home is different, so should each report be.
We are at the home for one reason…YOUR CLIENT!
It’s our job to inform you of the condition of all aspects of the home I possibly can, and most importantly, that the home is safe for you and your family.
What makes us different?
All of our inspectors have worked for decades in other fields attaining leadership levels in each of our disciplines. As leaders we lead many projects, drive high standards and expect the most of our teams and we bring this drive to home inspecting. BEST OF ALL - we have loads of experience of 'dealing with', or more appropriately, working with difficult and demanding people. Since we work for your client, you know we will take the time to 'white glove' each inspection, bring ease and comfort to the uncertainty of an inspection and 'the biggest purchase of their lives'.
Our Real Estate Professional Promise
We promise to perform a detailed Inspection based on the Standard of Practices as a foundation.
We promise to keep the inspection flowing being both present to the questions of your Client, but also knowing my duty to complete a thorough inspection.
We have an extensive building background, but also have an extensive customer service background - WHICH means that even your most difficult client, or your client with the most amount of questions will be worked with in a professional manner.
Your and Our client gets OUR Direct phone number - which means, if they have questions down the road, even months later - they can contact us - not you. Once a client - service continues past the report delivery!
LASTLY, We respect your time.
We know that you have multiple clients and multiple showings. We know that you spending time at the property is a requirement during an inspection, so we are constantly keeping that in mind as we move through the inspection. In the unlikely event of uncovering a major defect which would require more investigation time, we will inform you of an estimate additional time we will require.
