We place up to 3 detectors in the interior of each property depending on the size and architectural complexity of the structure.

The included air quality testing is NOT EXHAUSTIVE and only lasts for about 1-4 hours during the course of the property inspection.

NOTE: a proper full AIR QUALITY Assessment would take days and would be more detailed. The air quality testing that is included will start the conversation on if there is a recommended need to follow up with a full Air Quality Assessment.

Our air quality monitors allows REAL-TIME accurate monitoring of temperature (in °C), humidity, formaldehyde (HCHO), total volatile organic compounds (TVOC), and micron-sized fine particulate dust (PM2.5), carbon monoxide(CO), carbon dioxide(CO2). Formaldehyde is an environmental carcinogen yet odorless at lower concentrations. Detect low levels of airborne TVOCs not perceivable to the human nose.

Beyond the focus on major contaminants, temperature and humidity monitoring plays a crucial role, as they exert significant influence on toxin levels within the air.
