We Inspect Homes To Keep You & Your Family Safe

We started as a small inspection company because we loved doing building projects and found that some builders were skipping and cutting corners. We are very curious by nature with our training and experience and as such will inspect your property like investigators, and we will explain our findings as if we were speaking to a family member of ours.

Our mission

Educate and empower home buyers to be better owners through thoughtful consultation and detailed reporting.

Our Mandate

We want to live in a world where people can buy homes that match their expectations in reality. If you are buying a residence, a mansion, a family getaway or a flip property your sight should be clear with iOnSight property inspections.

Our vision

Help redefine the property inspection industry by providing an in-depth inspection in a profound and meaningful way.

Our Promise to you

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. A quality home inspection requires experience, attention to detail and knowledge of building systems and standards. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you hire Ionsight Property Inspectors to inspect your property, We guarantee we will inspect as if we were buying for my own family.

This We promise you.

Inspectors Promise

Our strength lies in our individuality. Our experience lies in our continued education. Our results are proven at the highest professional levels.

As a proud home inspector of iOnSight Home Inspections, I'm passionate about being a home inspector. Throughout my inspections, I strictly adhere to a comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice. This ensures a thorough examination of the visible and accessible aspects of the property, covering everything from the foundation to the roof. With a commitment to the latest tools and technology, including Professional House Inspection and Pre-Purchase Home Inspection. Moreover, I take pleasure in educating my clients about their home's functionality and maintenance, just as our Tips for Homebuyers Book, provided by iOnSight Home Inspections, guides them towards informed decisions.

Quality Inspections, not quantity

We have made quality inspections our habit. It’s not something that we just strive for – we live by this principle every day. We take the time to investigate and get to know a property as if we need to move in ourselves! Using high quality technical measurements to quantify and qualify our findings brings building science to each report and each property.

Here at Ionsight, our inspectors proudly bear the distinguished title of Certified Professional Inspectors CPI®, having undergone comprehensive training through InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org). InterNACHI is renowned as the world's largest nonprofit organization dedicated to residential and commercial property inspectors, providing exceptional education, training, and certification.

All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® have successfully completed the demanding Inspector Exam, adhere unwaveringly to the comprehensive Standards of Practice, maintain a strict Code of Ethics, and consistently pursue accredited Continuing Education courses on an annual basis to ensure their continued membership standing.

To achieve this certification, our inspectors underwent rigorous training encompassing every facet of homes, both inside and out. This training delved into common and critical areas of concern for home buyers, spanning the foundation, heating and cooling systems, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. Our inspectors proudly graduated from the globally acclaimed InterNACHI® School, the singular home inspector college offering a nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.

Recognizing the significance of a home purchase as one of life's major investments, a comprehensive home inspection is of paramount importance. An inspector is equipped to identify and meticulously document defects that might escape the untrained eye. These defects can range from simple fixes to more serious issues affecting safety, health, and overall satisfaction. The role of our inspectors is pivotal in safeguarding your investment, ensuring your peace of mind, and contributing to the well-being of your home ownership journey.
