Mansions and Estates
Let's face it... you are buying a larger custom home that fits your needs and lifestyle... YOU NEED a custom-fit inspection package to match that investment!
A home inspector is trained to be a detective in regard to the construction and working parts of homes. While Mansions and Estates have similar mechanical systems as a regular home does, your property has multiple systems. This category of home most of the time has multiple HVAC Furnaces, Hot Water tanks, and in-floor heating systems - AND MANY TIMES there are multiple locations/rooms that house these systems.
WHEN WE LOOK AT A HOME AS A SYSTEM - YOUR HOME REQUIRES ADDED TIME for a proper inspection - Because it simply is like inspecting two or three homes in one home!
Our non-invasive inspection is based on observations of the visible and apparent condition of the interior and exterior of the structure, including its major systems and components. Following your inspection, you will receive a comprehensive report, complete with photos, that includes information on any material defects observed on the date of the inspection. Armed with this information, you can take any necessary steps to hold your builder and his subcontractors to their warranties while they’re still in force.
A Current Report Card for your Home Purchase!
The pre-purchase home inspection is not an appraisal of your future home. It is simply a prelude to one. Our pre-purchase home inspection does not determine the value of your prospective property nor do we make any recommendations about whether you should buy it or how much you should pay. Rather, we provide you with a pre-purchase home inspection report that highlights the condition of the property at the date and time of the inspection through a comprehensive visual inspection.
Our inspections are designed to assist in your evaluation and decision-making process and can clarify what you can expect when you take title to the property. It will help you ask intelligent questions about the property so you can be better prepared when talking with your real estate agent or lawyer…or even the seller! If corrective action needs to be taken, our comprehensive pre-purchase home inspections help you prepare for such steps to be taken before closing.
